We would like to give you the best service possible and ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.  Guests who arrive late may have to reschedule.  We will try to accommodate you as much as possible.   Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all time.

24hour notice is required so that guests on our waiting list can be contacted.  You will be held responsible for payment of any service canceled without proper notice.

All smoothing treatments require a $100 deposit that is non-refundable without 24 hour cancellation notice.

Salon Azano accepts US currency, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover

Gift Certificates should be treated as cash which can not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Unused merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.

All special orders require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable.
